Package Overview
- A tour of Himachal Pradesh covering some of the best known hill stations here and a cultural experience of
this state with wonderful sights & views. The tour starts with Shimla which was once the British India capital
where we also experience a joy ride in Toy Train which is now a World Heritage Site. We continue from here
to beautiful Kangra Valley and also included is The Little Lahasa – Mc Leodganj. We end our journey with a
visit to the most beautiful Golden Temple in Amritsar which is the most holy place for Sikhs. Our tour
includes stay in some old Heritage hotels available around in Himachal.
Meet on arrival in Chandigarh airport/ station and transfer to Shimla by surface. On arrival check in at hotel.
Evening free to stroll in the famous The Mall & The Ridge. Overnight at hotel.
Morning after breakfast go for Kufri sightseeing, India's one of the best holiday paradise Kufri in Shimla is
beautifully tucked on an altitude of 2,622 meter. The place is a tourist hotspot for its awesome scenic and
sports activities( GREEN VALLEY, , KUFRI, INDIRA TOURIST PARK, MINI ZOO & FAGU VALLEY ).In
afternoon at 3:00 pm return to Shimla and visit “The Mall, The Ridge, Kalibari Temple , Lakkar bazzar ,
Lower bazaar, Local Market (By own). Dinner and Overnight stay at hotel.
Morning after breakfast proceed to Manali. Enroute to Kullu Valley, Shawl Factory, Sunder Nagar Lake,
Hanogi Mata Temple & Pandoh Dam sightseeing. By evening we will reach to Manali, check in at your
prebooked Hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel in Manali.
On Arrive Manali in the morning, check in the hotel and after having some refresh and proceed to
local sightseeing of Manali like: Hadimba Devi Temple, (This temple constructed in 1553 A.D is
Dedicated to Himachal’s Most Significant Deity Hadimba Mata) Club house, Vashisht Temple Hot springs
(Dedicated to Vashisht Muni & well known for its hot Curable water and Religious) and Tibetan Monastery,
van Bihar & Mall Road Manali & Overnight stay.
This Morning After breakfast and Proceeds to Solang valley where you can admire the enchanting sights of
the surrounding and can enjoy various thrilling adventure activities by own cost. There is several snow
activities like: skiing Paragliding, Ropeway Riding, Photography, sledging, Horse riding and other more.
After enjoying then go for to Famous Atal Rohtang Tunnel and back the outing return to Manali and
overnight stay.
After Breakfast ,Drive to local sightseeing including official residence of Dalai lama in Mcleodganj,St John
church & Bhagsunath Temple,the oldest temple in Dharamshala. after Lunch, drive to Dalhousie (4 hrs),
situated at 2039 mts in the outer slopes of the Dhaula Dhar range with its natural beauty and natural
surroundings. Arrive & transfer to hotel. Rest of the day at leisure to explore the market. Dinner and
Overnight stay in Dalhousie.
Morning drive to Khajjiar, one of the most scenic Plateau known as the mini Switzerland of India and is
surrounded by dense pine and deodar forests.There is a small lake in the center with a floating island and 9-
hole golf course here.Enjoy zorbing & paragliding. Return to hotel.Dinner and overnight stay in Dalhousie.
After Breakfast we checkout from Dalhousie and proceed for Amritsar by road on arrival checkin at hotel
and later visit Indo-Pak Wagah Border to watch Flag Retreat Ceremony- Wagah, an army outpost on Indo-
Pak border 30 Kms from Amritsar where the daily highlight is the evening "Beating the Retreat" ceremony.
Soldiers from both countries march in perfect drill, going through the steps of bringing down their respective
national flags. As the sun goes down, nationalistic fervour rises and lights are switched on marking the end
of the day amidst thunderous applause. Return to hotel. Overnight stay in Amritsar.
After breakfast. Start your full day city tour with the blessings of Golden Temple-the most important sikh
shrine which is also called Mecca for the Sikhs is a living symbol of the spiritual and historical traditions of
the Sikhs.
Then visit Jallianwala Bagh- where, on April 13, 1919, British and Gurkha soldiers opened fire on an
unarmed forbidden gathering, killing hundreds of civilians. After lunch visit Maharaja Ranjit Singh Summer
Palace Museum- The summer place of Maharaja Ranjit Singh which is situated in the heart of Ram Bagh,
Amritsar. After that check out from the hotel and transfer to Amritsar Railway station/Airport onwards
destination.
